The Meling Biomedical YC-1320L provides 1,320 L of refrigerated storage within an upright, double-door cabinet. Its seven-sensor design, microprocessor controller, air-cooling system, temperature logging, and multiple alarm functions support temperature-controlled storage in pharmacy and laboratory environments.

Ten plastic-coated steel wire shelves and a stainless-steel interior provide organized storage. Double-pane glass doors offer visibility into the cabinet, while ergonomic handles, a keyed cabinet lock, and four casters support convenient access, security, and mobility.

Temperature Control and Refrigeration

The YC-1320L operates within a 2°C to 8°C temperature range. Its microprocessor controller and digital display provide temperature monitoring, with readings displayed in 0.1°C increments. The refrigeration system uses air cooling, automatic defrosting, and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

Manufacturer internal testing reports the following typical performance:

- Temperature stability: 2.2°C
- Temperature recovery after a one-minute door opening: 5 minutes

These figures are based on testing at a 5°C set point and a 25°C ambient temperature.

Temperature Logging and Monitoring

The built-in data logger records temperature every 10 minutes and supports USB export of up to 12 months of temperature data.

An RS485 interface and remote alarm contact provide additional connection options. The refrigerator also includes a backup battery and one 23 mm-diameter access port.
