Pressing dies for cylinder and square shape pellets
Pellet thickness <20mm
Material: CR12MOV hardened steel, weak magnetic
Hardness: HRC 55-60
Hardened alloy (weak magnetic, optional to de-mag with additional cost)
Die structure: die pistol, sleeve, discs, bottom plate and release cap
Heated Dies: temperature <300°C, PID temperature controller, K thermocouple, heat insulation blocks, all included.
Optional cooling stage, 5 inch water circulation barbed 3/8inch connectors
Caution: use oil to prevent rusting
Customization is available if you cannot find the right size!!!
Temperature can be up to 400°C by upgrading the heating sleeve.
